David Gudgin Round 3, 10/06/14 – Report

The first of the David Gudgin series which saw pleasant conditions brought out the masses, with one of the best evening 25 fields for a number of years. It proved to be a good decision with many riders setting PB’s over the distance and course best times.

First home for the Nomads was Gavin Ashfield, who set the fastest time by a Nomad on the course this season, followed by Ben Wilson and then Nick Hickman to round off the top 3.

Jim Moffat once again set the fastest time of the evening with one of the quickest times ever recorded on the course.

Thanks to Frank Turner for timekeeping and Michael Webb for pushing off.

Next weeks it’s back to the aero version of the Briercliffe 10.
