DESCRIPTION:We try to have more than one Ride Leader for each ride\, this h
 elps provide for cases of drop out\, or even to have a sweeper monitoring 
 the back of the group.\nGiven that we’ve got a fair number of members in
  the Nomads\, we’re hoping we should have enough volunteers to keep us g
 oing throughout the summer. Hopefully we’ll have enough riders too.\nRem
 ember this is open to everyone\, not just new riders to the group. They sh
 ould be gentle rides\, covering no more than 20-30 miles\, at an easy spee
 d. The plan is to enable new riders to build up to the confidence\, speed 
 and distance for being comfortable on the Sunday club runs. It also allows
  others\, perhaps recovering from injury or just prefering an easy ride\, 
 to get out in a group.\n\nTimings are approximate and will depend on ride 
 length and average speed.
