The weekly club run is the bedrock of the club. We strive to organise several groups each Sunday to cover a range of speeds and distance but generally the Sunday Club Run will be a distance in excess of 40 miles.
There are also fortnightly “Easy Spin” outings on Saturday mornings that will be around 20-30 miles and a gentle pace. These gentle rides are primarily aimed at those new to cycling, returning to cycling after a long absence or injury but riders just looking for a gentle morning outside are also welcome.
